Mystic Scans is a serialized-reading site. Some material may be translated, formatted or presented for readers.

Ownership

We do not claim ownership of original novels, characters, artwork or other source material. Those rights stay with their owners.

How to send a notice

Please include:

• The work you own, and how we can confirm it (a link to the original, a publisher page, or similar).
• The exact address (URL) of each page you want removed.
• Your name, email address and, if you can, a phone number or postal address.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, the law or an agreement.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for them.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

After checking a complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and tell the person who posted it. Material unlocked with coins is handled the same way as free material.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, write to us with the address of the page, your name and contact details, and why you believe the removal was a mistake. We may pass your message to the person who sent the notice.

Repeat issues

Accounts or contributors who repeatedly post material that infringes others’ rights may be restricted or removed.
